Eye of Bali is a brand concept for a jewelry brand that bridges Balinese handicrafts with modern aesthetics and has a target group of cool female millennials. The assignment was to design an e-commerce platform. The brand concept is inspired by a previous visit to Bali, where they have a flourishing jewelry industry. Realizing that many companies lack an up-to-date website, I set out to design a more modern and commercial web design. If implemented, it would increase the reach and open up for more business. The design choices were made with the target group in mind. It’s minimalistic, modern, playful, and feminine. The information architecture is designed in line with the industry standard and aimed to be intuitive and user-friendly.
